Refund policy

All orders are final. In the case there is a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double check shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages in mail. If package is lost, please file a claim with shipping company.
